The SHI Homoeopathic College is member of the newly founded Higher Technical College for Homeopathy and Alternative Medicine (hfnh). In 2008 the hfnh was awarded state recognition by the canton of Zug, as well as numerous other cantons. The success of this pilot project will aid in facilitating national recognition, which will be the next step for SHI. The SHI Homeopathic College is the only of its kind in Switzerland to have achieved such a high level of recognition and acceptance.

SHI is also the holder of the EduQua Certificate. EduQua is a certificate given by the Federal Government of Switzerland for excellence in concept and quality of education imparted in an institution. This certificate also verifies the high profiles and evaluation of the teaching staff, thus guarding the interests and satisfaction of the students.
